המערכת עוזרת למורה ללוות תלמידים בעבודת גמר: מועדים, משימות, הגשת קבצים, הערות ומשוב. כל הנתונים נשמרים בחשבון Google של המורה שהקים את המערכת, ולא אצל מפעיל האתר. מפעיל האתר אינו רואה, אינו מקבל ואינו שומר שמות תלמידים, עבודות, הערות או ציונים.
לכן המורה הוא בעל המידע ובעל השליטה בו, כמו בכל מסמך שהוא שומר ב-Drive שלו.

אין איסוף של מיקום, טלפון, תעודת זהות, פרטי תשלום, פרסומות או מעקב שיווקי. אין כלי אנליטיקה של צד שלישי.
השימוש של המערכת במידע שמתקבל מ-Google APIs ובהעברתו לכל יעד אחר עומד בדרישות מדיניות נתוני המשתמש של שירותי Google API, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use. המידע משמש אך ורק להפעלת התכונות הגלויות למשתמש במערכת. הוא אינו נמכר, אינו משמש לפרסום, אינו מועבר לצד שלישי, ואינו משמש לאימון מודלי בינה מלאכותית. אין אדם מטעם מפעיל האתר שקורא את המידע.

הרשימה משקפת את הקוד. כל שינוי בהרשאות ייכלל בעדכון של מדיניות זו לפני כניסתו לתוקף.
ההרשאות ניתנות על ידי המורה לשרת שבבעלותו. מפעיל האתר אינו מקבל גישה ל-Drive של המורה, ואין בידיו מפתח או אסימון שמאפשרים זאת.
פניות שתשלחו אליו מרצונכם בדוא"ל (שם, כתובת, תוכן הפנייה) ישמשו למענה בלבד וימחקו לפי בקשה.
המערכת אינה שולחת נתוני מורים או תלמידים לשירותי צד שלישי (פרט ל-Google, שמארחת את החשבון והאחסון של המורה). חלונית ה"תשתית AI" הניסיונית במסך הבדיקה כבויה כברירת מחדל ואינה מחוברת לספק בינה מלאכותית: לא מועבר באמצעותה מידע החוצה. אם בעתיד תתווסף יכולת כזו, היא תופעל רק בהסכמה מפורשת של המורה, ומדיניות זו תתעדכן לפני כן. מידע מ-Google אינו משמש לאימון מודלים.

What the app does. The site is a static web app. Each teacher sets up their own private copy of the server code in their own Google account (Google Apps Script). All data (students, tasks, submissions, feedback, grades) is stored only in that teacher's Google Drive. The operator has no database and cannot access teacher or student data.
Google user data. Sign-in uses basic profile identifiers (openid, email, name) to match users to the teacher's roster. During the one-time teacher setup, the setup page (running in the teacher's browser) uses the Apps Script API and Cloud Resource Manager/Service Usage APIs, with the teacher's explicit consent, solely to create and deploy the teacher's own Apps Script project and personal Cloud project. Those access tokens stay in browser memory, are not stored, and are not sent to the operator or any third party. The teacher's own server later asks the teacher for Drive access to store its data in the teacher's own Drive, and for permission to install signed updates.

External services and AI. No teacher or student data is sent to third-party services (other than Google, which hosts the teacher's account and storage). The experimental "AI" panel in the review screen is off by default and is not connected to any AI provider; no data leaves through it. If such a feature is ever added it will require the teacher's explicit consent and this policy will be updated first. Google user data is never used to train AI models.
Students and minors. A teacher adds students in their educational capacity and is responsible for the permissions required by the school, the Ministry of Education and privacy law. The operator does not contact students. Student data requests (access, correction, deletion) are handled by the teacher, who controls the data.
Security. Data is protected by the teacher's Google account security. Updates are installed only if digitally signed (Ed25519) by the operator and integrity-checked; a failing update is rolled back automatically without data loss.
Limited Use. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide user-facing features; it is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties, not used to train AI models, and not read by humans at the operator.
Retention and deletion. Data lives in the teacher's account and is controlled by the teacher. Deleting the Drive folder and the Apps Script and Cloud projects removes everything. Access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
